The bill (Reg. No. 1131) aims at arranging conditions of serving sentence by the convicted to limitation of freedom and imprisoned for a certain period by making respective amendments to the Criminal and executive Code of Ukraine. In particular, it is planned to amend part two of article 46 of the Code excluding the provision that stipulates the possibility for the criminal and executive inspection to submit to the court materials on the convicted to sentence in the form of corrective work concerning replacement of the unserved part of punishment with a fine.
